Masayoshi Soen might refuse if asked to work on Final Fantasy XVII music

One of the iconic nan characteristics of the Final Fantasy franchise by Square Enix is ​​the music library that is almost never failed to steal the hearts of the players. Call it like the works of Masayoshi Scent through Final Fantasy XIV and XVI.

Speaking to PCGAMESN, Scent tells about experiences and challenges in working on music for FFXVI (MMO) and FFXVI (Singplayer) at the same time. He explained that there was a significant difference when he designed music for the two titles: FFXIV tried to present variations, while FFXVI focused on the story.

But the composer also explained that handling directly the two games at the same time was very difficult, even he claimed he did not want to do it anymore due to the workload that was too large.

Scent revealed that he was still able to handle this because this was not the first time for him to work on two games at the same time. The same thing he felt when he worked on FFXIV version 1.0 with A Realm Reborn.

While working on A Realm Reborn in secret, Square Enix continues to operate the original FFXIV. roadmap beginning.
