DAYS GONE REMASTERED PRESENT A NEW Fashion

Although in the beginning of the release in 2019 then did not reap a splashy welcome, but eventually this game has its own fanatical fans. Fans have also long asked Sony to make the sequel even though there is no sign that it will be granted.

However, in February 2025, it was announced that Days Gone Remastered finally got an exclusive remaster version for PS5 and will be present at the Event State of Play. Through the PlayStation Blog, Bend Studio as the developer gives information that this Horde Assault mode will add about 10 hours of new gameplay from the original playing time. In this mode, the player will fight the zombie hordes that are increasingly difficult to abort.

There are more than 20 types of weapons that can be used by players, including Flamethrower. And there are also 24 types of modifiers (injectors) that can be selected. A series of “Exploding Freakers” that made zombies explode when killed, and “Wanted” who immediately threw players to the highest difficulty level.

This mode starts in the Cascade area and initially the player is only given one sidearm. But, if you have passed the initial wave, the player can get a motorcycle drifter to be used around looking for a supply box. This mode also has a side jobs feature, such as additional missions that can be completed to get resources and XP.

Of course there is a reward system also with a total of 35 levels. Every level, players will get a variety of prizes such as new injectors, cosmetic patch, to new plarayable characters such as O’Brian, Lisa, and Skizzo.

With a release time that is only one more month, it is natural that fans start to hype days Gone Remastered. Although this remaster is only for PS5, of course PC players can also still enjoy this new content through DLC Broken Road, which is released together with the PC version.
