Reiki With Emmy

We all understand the importance of keeping our physical health in good check. We exercise, go to the gym, swim, run, participate in team sports to keep our physical health at its optimum. We look after our bodies. We often read, do crossword puzzles, attend the theatre, watch documentaries, engage in interesting conversations with likeminded individuals. We stimulate our minds.

But the importance of nourishing our spirit, is still too readily overlooked, seen as less important, a little leftfield or even dismissed as ‘hocus pocus’. However, I’m happy to see this is shifting, with the advent of mental health awareness, western society is gradually understanding that humans are triad beings: that MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT all need to be nourished for optimum health and happiness.

Reiki is one of the many ways to nourish the spirit and soul.
