Ticket FAQs:
How can I book?
Simply click on the ‘Ticket Sellers’ button above to order you ticket online. Or call up their 24 hour order line, please note this is a premium phone number.
Booking fee – wtf?
We understand people`s frustration with booking fees. We have two options as a festival: process tickets ourselves – which is fraught with complications – or let a specialist agency deal with it. It costs a great deal less in real terms to let a ticket agency do it, which means more of the festival’s budget is spent on the festival itself.
The booking fee per adult ticket covers the processing fee levied by the banks (about 2% of the whole order total), the VAT payable on the fee, the cost of providing and maintaining the online system to take your order, the ticket agency staff in the 24 hour call centre (and other business costs for the agency) and all the electronic equipment used to process your e-ticket code on arrival.
How do I get a ticket?
We work with an e-ticket system. Please click on the Ticket Sellers button above to order your ticket or they have a 24 hour helpline you can call: 0844 870 0000.
When you purchase your e-ticket you will be provided with a secure individual pin code that you simply need to memorise and present at the gate. We use The Ticket Sellers who run the ticketing for many respected festivals.
E-tickets are the most cost effective way to manage this part of the event.
Have the tickets gone up since last year?
Ticket prices have gone up slightly since last year for a simple reason. Other festivals hike prices to make more money, we do it to send more kids down to Jamie’s Farm. Our promise to you is that we will have more fun, more music and more entertainment packed in than last year! And yes, that includes more showers and more clean toilets.
How much are kids tickets?
Kids aged 14 and below are free. Teenagers from 15 to 17 are £30 – and will be required to show proof of age on the gate.
We strive to make the event as kid friendly as possible. We ask that all kids and teenagers be accompanied to the festival by an adult. All facilities and workshops will be suitable for kids to join in with.
Are you selling tickets on the gate?
We are a very small event and expect to sell out all tickets in advance. If this does not happen there will be a limited number of tickets available on the gate.
Can I buy a day ticket?
Yes, Saturday tickets are on sale for £30.
Can I buy a paper ticket?
No, for this small event we are only selling e-tickets. If you do not have internet access you will have to ask a friend to buy you a ticket.
